Meet the Team!

Rosemary Cunningham  has run her own Essex based therapy and coaching business for over twenty years. Rosemary believes that business is the most powerful change agent that we have.  She runs Winning Women Essex, a warm, supportive community for women at all stages of business with groups in Leigh, Chelmsford and Brentwood.

Rosemary specialises in coaching women to have a happy, healthy relationship with money and enjoy success and happiness on their own terms.

christineChristine Smith worked in London as a Executive Assistant for one of the world’s leading law firms for over 25 years. Chris now wants a quieter life and absolutely loves working with local businesses like yours who want to make a difference. Chris enjoys making everything run smoothly behind the scenes and is keen to take on organising events. We thank Chris for administering this year’s Essex Business Women’s Experience with us.

Lara Rankoff is part of our team again this year after creating our branding and marketing materials from the start. Lara is the Creative Director of Reflect Design for Print Limited. As well as being incredibly creative, fast and efficient, Lara specialises in Design and Print for Businesses, creating company identities that will express your business, its services and marketing materials that engage your audience.

Linda Elsdon is a professional events organiser and loves to perfectly plan your event, whether large or small, on time and within your budget too. Linda has worked in London and abroad, running huge events for banks and other big corporates and what she really loves, is to work with local businesses making things run smoothly.

Laurence Harding is a talented artist and photographer with a passion for helping us relax and enjoy looking and feeling our best in photographs. Find Laurence at her photo booth and book yourself some fabulous business photos for your website and social media.

Jaime Lawson is a Leigh based mum of two and helps many local businesses with her Virtual Assistant business IkanduAdmin.  Jaimie just loves getting your business visible although she’s not so keen on the limelight herself!   Jaimie has also set up a colourful, 25 desk co-working space on Leigh Road, called Space282.  She is very passionate about business and supporting local enterprises in the community.

New to the team this year is Nina Jervis, aka Nina The Writer. Nina recently gave up a City-based career in HR and recruitment to successfully start her own adventures in writing, from CV perfection and ghostwriting to crafting compelling website copy, and she’ll be helping to keep you regularly updated on the team’s progress as we get our event under way.

Beccy Mae-Rose is back to the team this year and brings her bundles of energy and enthusiasm with her. Beccy is a Matchmaker and Relationship expert, she works 1-2-1 with singles to find lasting love. She can often be found on social media helping people to achieve healthy relationships in all areas of their lives.

Amanda Ruiz, new to our team this year, is helping us get the EBWE to a wider audience. Amanda trains entrepreneurs to be VISIBLE in order to attract more clients. With Amanda’s training and mentoring, her clients regularly feature in major glossies, national newspapers as well as high end blogs which can often be a game changer for their businesses. She is also in demand with authors who want promote their books to the press.
